AMENITIES - Your room will include a coffee maker and coffee, alarm clock radio, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner.
NO SMOKING - The entire Matterhorn Motel property is Non-Smoking.
PETS - Only a few of our rooms are pet friendly. Space available, we will welcome your well-behaved dog ONLY with approval and a one time $25 pet fee. Dogs must be kept on a leash outdoors and may not be left unattended in the rooms.
TRAILERS - There is no trailer parking, a lot is available about 5 blocks away.
PARKING - There is one parking space per room/cottage. No trailers are allowed on the property.
GUESTS PER ROOM - We allow a maximum of 4 guests per room, except King Efficiencies where the maximum is 2 guests per room.
HISTORIC COTTAGE ON THE BLUFF - Perched on the bluff with a private porch and yard overlooking the historic, quiet neighborhood. Our 1872 cottage with wood floors and high ceilings has a welcoming kitchen/dining room, one Queen bed, 2 recliner chairs, chest of drawers, private bath with shower (no tub), Satellite TV and free WIFI. Wheelchair accessible.
The recently renovated rooms and cottages are what keep the Matterhorn rated best in the area. We take pride in keeping them squeaky clean, quiet and comfortable. Whether it's winter or summer, you'll be glad to end your adventurous day here!
EFFICIENCY ROOM - These aptly named rooms are clean, super comfortable and insure you've got everything you need when you stay a few nights or a week. With one Queen or King bed; a kitchenette with fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, sink, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, linens, dining table and chairs; couch (queen pull-out bed), chest of drawers, private bath with shower (no tub). Satellite TV and free WIFI.
DOUBLE ROOM - When you need a comfy place to sleep without all the extras, you'll enjoy 2 comfortable Queen beds, couch (queen pull-out bed), private bath with shower (no tub). Mini-fridge, microwave, satellite TV, free WIFI.
HISTORIC COTTAGE MOUNTAINSIDE - Tucked up against the mountain with a private porch and fenced yard looking up the mountain where wildlife is abundant. This cottage includes kitchen/dining/living room with a couch that pulls out to a twin bed, a bedroom furnished with one queen bed, a bureau, and a plush reading chair; also a private bath with shower (no tub), Satellite TV and free WIFI.
Reservations:
The motel is full all summer long, with some dates sold out as early as March 1. Make your summer reservations early!
SUMMER SEASON
(MAY 16 - October 14)
Multiple night stays may be reserved as far in advance as January 1.
Single night stays will be fit in between on a space available basis, with reservations available within 14 days of your arrival.
FALL, WINTER, SPRING SEASONS
(October 15 - May 15)
We have a 2 night minimum on weekend dates. We recommend you make your reservations as far in advance a possible as many dates do sell out!
